Managing the risk of psychosocial safety

RMIA member David Clancy recently completed this important paper on managing psychosocial safety climate in a multi-employer environment and was kind enough to share it with the RMIA risk community.

“Psychosocial safety has seen an increase in awareness in recent years with organisations placing much more effort on the psychological safety of its people than was evident in the past. Where organisations have employees from more than one employer this can challenge conventional thinking as different employers have differing policies and procedures although they all seek to minimise the harm of psychosocial safety.”
